Andy is the Head of Regulatory Affairs at FinTech trade association Innovate Finance, leading their work in accelerating the UK's leading role in the financial services sector and directly supporting the next generation of technology-led innovators. Andy works closely with a broad range of FinTechs from across the ecosystem, determining policy on a variety of topics and representing their interests to both regulators and Government.

Previously, Andy led techUK's Financial Services Programme and prior to this, has worked for a number of other bodies in the financial services sector, including the CBI and British Insurance Brokers’ Association. Throughout his career, he has been involved in policy development around new technologies, including ethical considerations and deployment of AI in a variety of settings.
