Suzanne is the Head of Responsible AI at Lloyds Banking Group, where she guides a team of Responsible AI Specialists who are building out enterprise guardrails to scale responsible AI adoption and align risk management practices to responsible AI best practice. Prior to Lloyds Banking Group, Suzanne was the Head of AI Ethics for a digital services provider advising the UK government and financial services organisations on responsible AI. She also worked for an AI product company supporting the responsible deployment of AI solutions in recruitment. She started her career in HR and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and holds a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Cambridge.
