Anulka Clarke is the Director of Engagement & Insights at the Digital Regulation Cooperation Forum (DRCF). The DRCF brings together the four UK regulators with responsibilities for digital regulation (the Competition and Markets Authority, the Financial Conduct Authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office and Ofcom) to deliver a coherent approach to digital regulation for the benefit of people and businesses.

Anulka has over 20 years’ regulatory experience working for the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in a variety of supervisory roles across the full range of information rights legislation that the ICO is responsible for.
