Natalie leads on system change, innovation and building impactful partnerships for the Capitals Coalition, where she oversees fundraising, engagement and education, as well as communications.
Previously, as the Global Director at the RSA (Royal Society of Arts), Natalie built a global infrastructure of affiliates and opened up the RSA’s research and 29,000+ Fellowship to the world. She began her career in the private sector working for FTSE 100 company Wolseley Plc in Europe. Then, she built a highly successful socio-economic impact consultancy within the think tank the New Economics Foundation (NEF) in the UK and internationally, working with over 100 charities, social enterprises and governments.
Natalie has published, chaired and spoken publicly on topics ranging from the value of the social, economic and environmental impact of community-based adaptation to climate change to the importance of diverting women from the criminal justice system to the trends in the future of work and artificial intelligence and the tyranny of oil. She is passionate about organizations putting people and the planet at the heart of decision-making to deliver an economy that works for all.
