Dania is a Director in the Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) practice at EY UK, with over 20 years of experience in sustainability reporting and assurance, and ESG operationalisation. Dania brings a unique background that combines management consulting and various roles across different sectors. She has led the assurance of numerous sustainability engagements for listed and private companies, adhering to ISAE 3000 (revised). In CCaSS, Dania leads limited and reasonable assurance engagements, alongside providing non-financial reporting advisory.

Before joining EY, Dania’s previous roles involved leading the monitoring of sustainability compliance of finished goods and packaging, and product-level associated claims, including designing and implementing processes for traceability of raw materials. She also worked closely with leadership to embed sustainability across the business, overseeing ESG reporting, transformation initiatives, and digital reporting solutions.
