Natalie is the founding Managing Director of Wharton Business Consulting. With over 20 years consulting experience, Natalie has led people and change programmes on some of the most high-profile transformations within Financial Services. Natalie has depth and breadth of change and programme management expertise across regulated industries with a specific focus on behavioural change, capability development, stakeholder engagement and organisation design. Previously, Natalie was the UK FSI Culture Change Lead and Digital Change Lead at Deloitte. She is a seasoned and experienced panellist and presenter and has worked with City Week, Everywoman, FCA, Chartered Bankers Institute, European Central Bank as well as a range of clients across Financial Services, Consumer Services and Resources.
