Sapan Dogra leads AI & Data for financial services at Accenture across the UK and Ireland. Twenty-five years in, he spends most of his week with the executive teams of the UK's largest banks on one problem: getting agentic AI out of pilots and into production, where it is hardest and worth the most.

He works at both ends of that. With boards and executive committees on where AI actually pays; with engineering teams on the systems that have to survive an audit, a supervisor and a bad Monday.

He also designs the operating models that decide how AI and data get run, governed and funded inside a bank, and built the partnerships that bring frontier capability in from the major cloud and model providers.

He holds an MBA and an engineering degree , with executive programmes in generative AI from Stanford and MIT. He is a trustee of the ECT charity.
