Jessica Ridella is the Global Technology Managing Director within IBM for the HSBC partnership. She works closely with large, complex enterprise clients to deliver resilient, secure, and scalable technology transformation, with a focus on measurable business outcomes.

Prior to this role, Jessica served as the Global Technology Managing Director for IBM’s partnership with WPP, where she aligned innovation across Hybrid Cloud, Generative AI, AI Governance, Data, Automation, and Enterprise Security to drive enterprise-wide modernization. Earlier, she was Chief of Staff to IBM’s Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, gaining deep insight into IBM’s global operating model, governance, and strategic priorities. Jessica’s career spans leadership roles across five global IBM business units, supporting more than 25,000 sales and technical professionals worldwide. As Global Sales Leader for IBM’s Generative AI platform, watsonx, she led its global launch and scaling, driving significant commercial adoption. As Product GTM Lead for AI Innovation, she helped advance IBM’s synthetic data and AI governance capabilities to enable responsible, large-scale AI deployment.

She has also founded and led Conclude.ai, an IBM-operated venture focused on AI-driven customer engagement, and previously served as a North American Security Sales Leader, delivering strong commercial results while building trusted executive-level client relationships. Jessica is a frequent speaker at global industry forums including the Gartner Summit, CIO Summits, IBM TechXChange, and IDC roundtables, and has served as a guest lecturer with Duke Corporate Education. She holds a degree in Human Development and Law from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
