Professor Michael Smets is Professor of Management at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a globally recognised authority on leadership and organisational transformation in professional and financial service organisations. At Oxford Saïd he is academic director of the Future of Transformation Forum, the Oxford Leading Professional Services Programme and modules on strategic leadership in the age of AI.
