At BCG, Philippe worked across financial services and technology practices in Switzerland, advising banks, asset managers and fintechs on strategy and digital transformation. At UBS, he spent five years in increasingly senior roles, from Group Strategy to Head of Digital Strategy to Head of Business Development, with deep exposure to how a systemically important institution navigates digital change, fintech partnerships and venture capital. That journey gave him a clear conviction: the consulting industry is at an inflection point, and the tools it relies on have not kept pace.
