Dr De Stefano is an Associate Professor of Organisation Studies at Saïd Business School and a Research Fellow of Green Templeton College at the University of Oxford.

Federica is on editorial boards of Organization Science, Human Resource Management, and Human Resource Management Review. She serves as Representative-at-Large for the Competitive Strategy Interest Group and Engagement Officer for the Strategic Human Capital Interest Group of the Strategic Management Society (SMS).

Before joining Oxford, Federica was an Assistant Professor of Management and Human Resources at HEC Paris. She was also a post-doctoral fellow and is currently a senior fellow at Wharton People Analytics, University of Pennsylvania.

She holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management, an MSc in International Management, a BA in Management from Bocconi University (Italy), and a MSc in Management Science and Corporate Management from Fudan University (China).
