Tony is the founder & CEO of NextWave, the leading next-generation consultancy in Financial Services. He has a unique blend of big-firm consultancy, start-up and enterprise experience across the business, digital and technology sectors within Financial Services over the last 30 years. Tony has held consulting roles at leading Financial Institutions and leadership positions at Big 4, boutique and scale-up consulting firms, leading to two successful exits.

NextWave is a relatively young company, launching in January 2020, straight into the pandemic, which made the first year or two even more challenging than usual for the startup. NextWave has four offices in London, Amsterdam, and Milan and recently opened in New York.
NextWave now has over 30 institutional clients across the financial services sector, including twelve of the world's largest banks, insurance companies, wealth and asset management firms and some markets, infrastructure and fintech businesses. NextWave has over 90 people and has delivered over 150 successful projects.
NextWave is a little unusual as a consulting firm. Many of their senior team have held managing director and C-suite roles at significant firms in the financial sector, resulting in a concentration of domain depth and experience in the leadership team. Together with industry depth, the NextWave consulting proposition is firmly centred around Fintech, Platform & Regtech technology solutions.
