An Engineer at heart, Graham was the first Chief Data Officer in UK Financial Services and now heads up AI, Data Science & Innovation at NatWest.
Following a range of roles in Financial Services starting in 1992, Graham joined the RBS Group in 2009 as Chief Operating Officer for Risk Management in Corporate Banking.

In 2011 he became NatWest’s first Chief Data Officer and was responsible for the data management agenda within NatWest’s.
Since 2017, Graham has headed up AI, Data Science & Innovation, using his experience and vision to drive a radical evolution in the way NatWest utilises data & AI across the Group. This transformation has enabled NatWest to rethink how it interacts with its customers in all aspects of customer journeys.
Before NatWest, Graham worked for ABN AMRO with responsibility for their Risk Technology and Basel 2 programme and held roles at PWC.
