Sonia Nash is the founder and lead consultant at NashMind Consulting Ltd, with over 15 years' experience across finance, procurement and IT transformation. She was most recently Head of Business AI at SAP UK&I, where she led the region's AI go-to-market strategy before founding NashMind to offer independent, hype-free AI and digital transformation advisory. A graduate of Oxford University's AI programme, Sonia built the G.R.A.C.E. framework for governing agentic AI systems to help leadership teams safely deploy and benefit from AI systems.
