Bradley specialises in advising on the regulatory remuneration rules and remuneration governance in the financial services sector, having advised on remuneration regulation since the advent of the regulatory regimes. Bradley’s clients in the financial services sector include leading global investment banks, listed UK banks, global asset management firms and fintech institutions. Bradley is actively involved with a range of financial services industry bodies, and is currently assisting clients and industry associations on the implications of the CRD V and IFD regimes.
