Dominic is the Chief Client Advisory Officer at EWM Global. In this role, he leads the advisory aspects of EWM Global’s business and is responsible for implementing key client strategies to create long-term partnerships. Dominic collaborates with our clients to understand and address their ever-changing market needs and to help them optimize their incentive compensation plans and processes. He has extensive knowledge of Incentive and Retention Award plan design and administration, having been in leading HR and Compensation roles within the Financial Services sector for over 20 years.
