Matt is a senior Reward specialist in Financial Services. Having started his career in regulatory remuneration and reporting, Matt has developed a holistic view of Reward and has become a strategic adviser alongside being a hands on practitioner. Matt has worked for Bank of America, Morgan Stanley and Aviva before recently joining MUFG as Director, Reward and Regulation. When not talking all things Reward, Matt is a choral conductor and has recently developed a charity fundraising choir for the patients, staff and volunteers at St Barnabas House Hospice.
