Martyn is the Global Head of Reward for Fidelity International. He has worked in the reward and Executive Compensation arena for three decades. Originally a Chartered Accountant with KPMG, Martyn worked in management consulting, working on senior pay topics. He then worked for ICI plc, including a move to the USA for almost 5 years. He then joined Aviva plc as their Group Reward Director. After four years, Martyn joined Worldpay, the payment processing business. At this time, the company was owned by Private Equity, and they then had a very successful IPO in Oct 2015. In 2018, he joined Fidelity International and runs their global reward practise, including International Mobility, and has also managed their HRIS and HR Shared Services functions. Martyn lives in London with his wife and has four children (five, if you include the dog).
