She specialises in all aspects of global employee and discretionary incentive plans, including corporate governance, executive remuneration design and operation, establishing new plans, advising on global arrangements and corporate transactions. Becky trained at Clifford Chance and spent 9 years in the Clifford Chance incentives team before moving to in-house counsel and Company Secretary at a UK FTSE 250 company.
