As Group Head of Reward at TP ICAP Patricia is responsible for all aspects of reward, pensions & benefits, wellbeing and global mobility.

Prior to joining TP ICAP Patricia spent a number of years advising Financial Services clients on executive and all employee reward and regulation as a consultant with Mercer, New Bridge Street and more recently at Deloitte. Patricia started her career in finance as an equity analyst with Baring Securities in London and Tokyo and later reported on its demise as a financial journalist, an experience which cemented her enduring appreciation of good corporate governance.
