                                                    Jonathan has over 25 years of Global HR experience in Financial Services. After an early career in HR Business Partner roles with Citigroup and T Rowe Price in EMEA and the US he has worked in the Reward and Analytics area since 2006. 
He established global reward policies for Nomura, as it completed it’s acquisition of Lehman Brothers post the financial crash, and later undertook change and transformation projects for Columbia Threadneedle and with ING, in Amsterdam.
He currently leads the Performance, Reward, Mobility and Analytics teams for SMBC in EMEA.
He is passionate about building compelling Employee Value Propositions that build engagement and drive performance.
He is also an experienced Charity Trustee and RemCo member, sitting on the People Committee for St John Ambulance, the Remuneration Committee for Enginuity and being Vice-Chair of Volunteer Centre Hackney.
