Lucy is a Managing Director in the HR team at UBS. She is responsible for leading the divisional and regional reward teams, working in partnership with the business to implement and run reward strategies and processes. She has been at the firm for 9 years, working previously at Société Générale and BGC Partners. Lucy is also a Non-Executive Director on the board of CityHR, an association representing member interests across all disciplines of HR across financial services. Lucy holds a degree in Economics from UCL and is a fluent in Spanish and French.
