Tristan is Head of Reward for Brooks Macdonald Group plc and has lead total rewards functions across specialist financial services organisations and main market listed organisations for over 15 years. From joining EDF Trading in 2009 to lead their reward function, Tristan has worked with independent Remuneration Committees and solved for reward leadership challenges across capital markets, asset and wealth management and specialist retail banking segments, including, Bank of Montreal and Vanquis Banking Group. He has also braved the world outside financial services (very briefly) at the Royal Mail, where he was Head of Compensation. Tristan lives with his family and standard issue cockerpoo in Kingston.
