Rachael De Renzy Channer is a Senior Advisor with extensive experience in strategy, sustainability and leadership development. Most recently, she served as Global Head of Sustainability at the Board, Executive and Leadership Advisory Firm - Egon Zehnder, where she led the firm's Impact Journey and drove ESG initiatives. She advised on leadership, sustainability and stewardship across multiple sectors.

Rachael is the author of "Board Stewardship for a Resilient Business," a guide to enable Board directors to drive sustainability governance .

Previously, Rachael held leadership positions at Avon Rubber as Global Director of Strategy, Schneider Electric UK as Head of Strategy Implementation, and Invensys Plc as Director of Strategy. Her career began with twelve years in the British Army.

Rachael holds an MBA, an MSc in Global Security, and a BA (Hons) in War Studies.
