Noemie is a Senior Reward Manager with over 15 years of experience in financial services compensation.
She currently leads the EMEA Regulatory Compensation team at Bank of America, which advises on and ensures compliance with UK, EU, and Middle East regulatory requirements.
Prior to this role, Noemie held reward business partnering, regulatory advisory, and programme management roles across European and US banks. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility from Sorbonne University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in French-German Business Administration from HTW des Saarlandes.
