Matt Sinnott has over 25 years experience in financial services compensation across a number of banking and insurance entities. This includes senior roles at Nomura International, Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Banking Group. At LBG, Matt was Group Reward Director from 2017 to 2020 and Group People & Property Director from 2020 to 2022. He is currently Head of Performance & Reward at Allianz UK, and contributes to a number of global reward projects, including helping establish a new joint venture in India.
