Wiktoria brings more than 15 years of HR experience in financial services. She began her career at Credit Suisse in Poland in 2009, and after relocating to London in 2015 she shifted her focus to regulatory reward, overseeing regulated population cohorts across the UK and the wider EU.

Today, as the UK Regulatory Reward Expert at BNP Paribas - one of Europe’s largest banks - she designs and manages reward frameworks that meet evolving UK regulations while supporting EU regulatory objectives. As a trusted liaison between regulators, senior leadership, and operational teams, Wiktoria ensures transparency, proactive risk mitigation, and alignment of reward strategy with compliance requirements.
