Emma is a senior reward professional with over 15 years’ experience in the financial services sector. She began her reward career at M&G Investments, where she spent nearly eight years building broad expertise across all aspects of reward, developing a strong foundation in both strategy and delivery.
Emma joined Société Générale over seven years ago, where she shifted her focus to regulatory remuneration. She played a key role in establishing a robust reward governance framework in response to Brexit, ensuring the organisation’s full compliance with UK remuneration regulations.
She currently leads Compensation across the UK and EMEA, as well as overseeing regulatory compliance across the region.
