Has over 26 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He is currently Head of Reward Governance (EMEA) at Macquarie, where he leads the interpretation and implementation of EU and UK remuneration regulations across eight regulated entities, including CRD V (EU & UK), IFD/IFPR, AIFMD, and UCITS frameworks. Since joining Macquarie, he has established and now runs two EMEA Remuneration Committees. Andrew brings deep expertise in regulatory governance and reward strategy within highly regulated environments.
