Claire is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Management Team, specialising in dealing with regulatory investigations and enforcement issues for clients in the financial services sector.

Claire deals with both enforcement proceedings instigated by the FCA and PRA, and disputes arising out of the financial services sector. Claire is also experienced in dealing with skilled person reports (s166 reports), both in the role of skilled person and advising clients on the process and has led a substantial skilled person review for a major bank. Claire is managing a number of conduct investigations arising out of the SMCR, including where whistleblowing allegations have been made.

Claire has been a lead partner for Eversheds Sutherland on its consumer duty workstream, since the first Consultation Paper was issued. She has also chaired a series of podcasts on the topic.
