Aude is a Senior Director in Simon Kucher’s London office, where she leads the UK Insurance practice. Her expertise covers value-based pricing, value proposition development, packaging/bundling architecture, customer segmentation, and market positioning.

Aude has advised numerous clients across Europe and North America; delivering measurable topline uplift. Prior to joining Simon Kucher, Aude worked for the UK subsidiary of a global insurance company (P&C and health insurance).

Aude holds a dual degree from the London School of Economics and Sciences Po (Distinction) and a MSc from ESSEC business school.
