Yalini is a Director in AlixPartners’ Investigations, Compliance and Privacy Team and specialises in advising and helping clients on regulatory risk management matters.

Yalini has more than 20 years of deep experience working with financial services firms, and recently served as the interim Chief Risk Officer for a UK-regulated bank where she oversaw the remediation of its principal risk exposures, subsequent operating model transformation and engaged with the regulators to demonstrate cohesive governance, effective operational risk management and compliance across the business.

As a Senior Advisor, Yalini leads on the design and implementation of enterprise risk management frameworks, in addition to developing and embedding risk culture change programmes. Yalini has also led several regulatory examinations and investigations related to compliance to current and emerging regulatory requirements.
