Richard has 15 years experience in change and strategy consulting within financial services, where he specializes in the design and delivery of future-focused technology solutions, from business case and strategy development through to project design and delivery. At GFT UK, Richard is a member of the Strategy & Growth team, and currently leads the build-out of the DLT & Crypto practice, with primary responsibility for shaping client solutions, building out strategic partnerships, and contributing to thought leadership in this area. Prior to GFT, Richard worked as management consulting in the capital markets change team of a Big Four consulting arm.
