Sally has worked in the financial services sector since 1990 and in the venture capital and private equity industry since 2000, with a consistent focus on technology. A qualified accountant (Price Waterhouse), former investment banker (J.P. Morgan) and early-stage venture capitalist (Quester Capital Management, which ran several VCTs) she understands the investment process as well as the reporting requirements of a Plc. Her current role is Interim COO for Fabric Ventures, which has been investing in builders, businesses, and networks in Web3 from inception to scaling since 2012.

Sally has held various Board and C-suite roles, including chairing several start-ups and running SaaS businesses as COO/CFO and CEO. She is a Non-Executive Director and the Audit Chair of the Mobeus VCT 2 Plc, having formerly chaired its Investment Committee; is the Non-Executive Chairman of StorMagic Limited, which provides software defined solutions for data storage, encryption key management and video management. She was listed as 1 of the top 5 Private Equity Non-Executive Directors in 2021 and in the same year was a judge on the Lloyds Bank British Business SMB Awards.
