Satindar is a Partner at Linklaters based in their London office. He is an experienced member of the Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations practice and leads the firm’s Global Sanctions team. Satindar is widely acknowledged as an expert advising clients in relation to corporate crime and sanctions and has recently played an integral part in advising large corporations and financial institutions in their response to the Russian Sanctions imposed following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in 2022. Satindar has experience advising on OFSI and HRMC sanctions investigations and applying for licences in complex scenarios as well as supporting clients on sanctions regimes which include Iran, Afghanistan and Libya and the impact of the UK and EU Blocking Laws.
