Amied is a Director, AI and Clinical Collaborations at GE HealthCare. He interfaces GEHC product and engineering teams with healthcare institutions and academic partners to build large multi-year, multi-project engagements to collaborate on early-stage Digital and AI product R&D. Amied also represents GEHC and the industry voice on the British Institute of Radiology AI Special Focus Group. His other areas of focus and interest within GEHC and industry-wide are algorithmic bias and mitigation, explainability, and post-market surveillance.
