Carlo leads AFME’s Commodities division in London. Previously, he was responsible for driving AFME’s advocacy work on Sustainable Finance across the EU and UK, particularly in carbon markets and the revision of the EU Emissions Trading System (ETS). Before joining AFME, Carlo was Head of Financial Services at global consulting firm Weber Shandwick, where he provided strategic counsel to major financial institutions. He also gained extensive policy experience during his time at the European Commission's DG GROW and the Italian Embassy in Mexico.
