Will Higbee is the Head of Carbon Banking & Markets and leads the London office at Flowcarbon. Will joined Flowcarbon in 2023, overseeing the Project Finance business. Prior to this, he spent over 13 years at HSBC in various leadership roles, including Managing Director within Cross-Asset Risk Distribution and Co-Head of the EMEA Corporate Risk Solutions group. At HSBC, he was instrumental in structuring and distributing debt, equity, and derivative deals in the project and infrastructure space, building close relationships with infrastructure funds and private asset investors. Before HSBC, Will worked at Macquarie Capital, focusing on project and infrastructure finance advisory, and at Depfa Bank, specialising in project finance advisory for PPP transactions. Will holds an MA in Mathematics from Oxford University and is a CFA Charterholder.
