Stuart is a partner in PwC’s UK capital markets business with over 20 years experience working on UK, US and international capital market transactions, supporting clients in both an assurance and advisory capacity. Stuart has also acted as lead audit partner on a number of FTSE 100, 250 and growth companies in this time.

Stuart has held a number of leadership roles within PwC, including PwC’s high tech and life science focused Cambridge market, South East assurance market leader and Global IPO centre leader.
