Sorcha is a senior director in the mergers team at the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA). In this role, she takes phase 1 decisions on merger transactions and advises inquiry groups on phase 2 investigations. Sorcha also oversees mergers policy work at the CMA.

Prior to joining the CMA, Sorcha worked in private practice in the UK and Canada.
