Katerina is a chartered accountant who qualified with Deloitte in London and has gained international experience through secondments in Canada and within the banking sector. She oversees the development of ICAEW's capital markets policy submissions, liaises with corporate finance practitioners within ICAEW's membership, and instigates development of best-practice guidance. Katerina has played a central role in ICAEW’s responses to UK capital markets reforms and has contributed to the creation of ICAEW market guidance for transactions.
