Stuart Ord recently joined Citi as Head of UK M&A. His 27-year investment banking career has specialised in UK public and private M&A, acting for corporates and private equity on a range of deal types. He previously worked at Deutsche, Numis, Barclays and ABN Amro. He is one of two active investment bankers who sit as a Member on the Board of the UK Takeover Panel, where he represents UK Finance’s Corporate Finance Committee. Stuart qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.
