Simon Brown is Head of TMT M&A EMEA at Jefferies. He has over 20 years of investment banking experience and has spent the past 15 years helping to build Jefferies' European investment banking business and TMT franchise. Simon advises corporates, founders and financial sponsors across the technology, media and telecommunications sectors on public and private M&A transactions throughout EMEA. He has advised many of the world's leading private equity firms and has led the sale of technology businesses to strategic acquirers including SoftBank, Dell Technologies and Akamai. Simon graduated from the University of Oxford.
