Helen has over 20 years’ experience in financial services across public and private sectors. Helen is the Head of Market Oversight Data and Intelligence. Helen runs a large data driven department for primary and secondary markets. Helen has a Masters in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and is underway with a PhD in skills and AI. Helen previously led digital transformation at the Bank of England. Helen was previously the Europe Chair of SupTech/RegTech for Bank for International Settlements. Helen was also a Formal Evaluator for Banco De Espana data strategy.
