Emma is the Founder and CEO of NovaFin Consulting Ltd, a boutique advisory firm focused on all aspects of conduct risk – from market abuse through to culture. She is also building a portfolio career focused on Non-Executive Director roles, board advisory, writing, and speaking engagements.

With a track record of delivery in senior executive roles with firms such as HSBC, JPMorgan Chase and Citigroup, she partners with clients to address governance and conduct risk issues. Recent engagements include being instructed as an expert witness (UK High Court), developing and delivering conduct risk assessments for a Nordic bank, speaking at an ACFE fraud conference on cyberfraud, and advising on fraud for organisations such as ACCA and ACAMS.

Emma’s non-executive director portfolio comprises a UK Fintech, a nonprofit focused on ESG, and an EdTech.
