Mark Bainbridge is the Director of Market Surveillance at ICE Futures Europe (IFEU) and is responsible for the exchange's surveillance programme across energy, fixed income, equity, environmental, and soft commodity derivative markets. With eleven years at IFEU, Mark oversees alert investigations, suspicious transaction and order reporting, and position limits compliance, and manages the exchange's regulatory engagement with various regulators including the FCA and CFTC. He also drives the development of the surveillance technology and systems on which IFEU's monitoring capabilities depend.
