Robert Crossley is Franklin Templeton’s EMEA/APAC Head of Digital and Industry Advisory Services, providing advisory consulting and thought leadership as part of the Franklin Templeton Institute, delivering actionable intelligence and insights on the future of the investment and wealth management industry for the firm and its clients. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton in January 2023, Robert was a Managing Director at Citi where he spent 17 years in a number of roles across strategy and rates and macro research. In the decade before he joined Citi he worked in a variety of portfolio manager roles (proprietary trading, long only, and long/short) and started his career at Cargill in corporate treasury and risk management. Robert holds an MA in philosophy from Cambridge University, England.
