Nikhil is a Director in the Digital Assets team at BlackRock, overseeing international digital assets initiatives, where he partners with internal business units and drives implementation of products focused on cryptoassets, stablecoins and tokenized assets.

Prior to BlackRock, Nikhil was one of the founding members of Kinexys by J.P. Morgan (formerly Onyx), the firm's dedicated blockchain business unit. As a Senior Product Manager, he designed and commercialized several blockchain solutions from concept to market. Before J.P. Morgan, Nikhil was with SinoPac Securities Asia Ltd., structuring lifecycle solutions for alternative investment funds.

Nikhil is a patent-holding inventor, has co-authored numerous thought-papers on tokenization in capital markets and actively participates in industry working groups shaping standards and operating models in the space. He combines over a decade of traditional finance expertise with deep blockchain innovation, bringing a practitioner's perspective on scaling tokenization within regulated environments. An Electronics and Telecommunications engineer by training, he holds an MBA from the University of Hong Kong and London Business School.
