Angus Fletcher is a Senior Vice President, and the Global Head of Digital Asset Solutions at State Street. As such, he is responsible for leading initiatives in digital custody, tokenisation and digital cash to deliver next‑generation infrastructure for institutional markets.
Prior to joining State Street, Angus was CEO of Fnality UK, where he established and operated the UK Recognised Payment System, a world first DLT based payment system backed by central bank money. Over the prior 25 years, Angus has held leadership roles at Standard Chartered, Deutsche Bank, SWIFT, Morgan Stanley and Citigroup spanning regulatory affairs, product, programme management and risk and compliance in post trade.
Angus holds a BA (Hons) in French and Politics from the University of Leicester and is fluent in French. A British national, Angus is married and father of two sons.
