Olivier Dang is a recognized leader in financial innovation and digital transformation. He serves as Head of Ventures, Laser Digital, and Chief Operating Officer of KAIO (formerly Libre Capital), the first protocol purpose-built for Real-World Assets (RWAs), enabling seamless movement, compliance, and liquidity in DeFi through a sovereign AppChain.
As head of Ventures at Laser Digital, the digital finance arm of Nomura Group, Olivier focuses on early-stage Web3 investments that drive responsible innovation and institutional adoption of digital assets.
Previously, Olivier spent over a decade at Nomura, most recently as Global COO of the Wholesale Digital Office, and began his career as a Consultant at McKinsey. He currently serves on the board of Laser Digital and several portfolio companies within Laser Ventures.
He holds an MBA from London Business School and dual engineering degrees from Ecole d’Ingénieurs du Numérique (ISEP) and Chalmers University, specializing in Telecommunications.
